The Gospel Must be Preached

Yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!

1 Corinthians 9:16

We live in an age in Christianity, especially in the United States, where being a Christian no longer means following Christ in obedience to his will, now it means doing whatever feels best in each heart. When a man is saved the old things are passed away. The sins are washed away by the blood of Jesus Christ, and the saved is anointed with the teaching of the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost abides in the Christian, and now the body is a temple for the Lord.

Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

1 Corinthians 3:16

The American sect of Christianity (that is what it is, this country’s religiosity is poison and antichrist), has people believe that Christianity is about acceptance of sin. They claim that there must be no judgement, and yet Abel’s blood cried out in judgment on Cain, and Christ’s blood spoke better things than that of Abel. The sin of the Church is judged, for God did say that judgement would come to the house of the Lord first.

For the time is come that judgement must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

1 Peter 4:17

So there is judgement coming. Not only to God’s children, but to the children of the devil, too. Yet when the scripture commands that we preach the gospel, and that the world must obey the gospel, where are the Christians who would preach it?

How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?

Romans 10:14

How will the lost hear that Christ has paid for their sins if the Christians do not tell them? A runner is sent to a separate battalion in order to give life-altering information to the commander. If the runner does not go, how will the battalion know of the danger? We are in a war with the devil, and God has given us tremendous power by the Holy Ghost and His Word, yet the Church of America desires “spiritual gifts” rather than prophesying.

And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD

Ezekiel 37:3-4

As Ezekiel prophesied to the dead bones (prophesied is a misused word in many peoples’ mouths, for it does not mean to tell the future, or even exclusively to speak prophecy, it means simply to SPEAK THE WORD OF THE LORD), and spoke God’s word to them in obedience, so must we preach God’s gospel to the lost. We shall not desire spiritual gifts more than to prophesy.

Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy

1 Corinthians 14:1

This American sect desires to speak tongues, but not preach the salvation of Jesus Christ. They desire to have more programs for the kids, but not preach the remission of sins. They desire to ensure that no man is “judged”, but neglect to tell the sinner about the judgement to come! The soul that sinneth will die, but the American Church desires the pastor meetings, the awana programs, the furthering of the sodomite agenda, the allowance of sin in the church, the changing and destruction of God’s word, but not to prophesy that Christ came into the world to save sinners!

Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I have preached unto you…By which also ye are saved…how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures

1 Corinthians 15:1-4

Where is the gospel of Jesus Christ in the church today?

The gospel of Christ cannot be suppressed, but the preaching of it is neglected by Christians in America. We must preach it again, and again, and again until we die. We must repent that we have not, as a country of Christians, preached the gospel in truth. For woe be unto us if we preach not the gospel!
